No votes for Steve? He stepped up his game in all facets. He's elevated his game to the elite level in only his second season. Plus he cut down on those palming violations he kept getting his first season and improved as a free throw and three point shooter. Considering how Brand failed to improve on his rookie season and Odom got suspended for drug charges, Stevie proved that he was easily the best pick in the 99 draft.

    Clyde Drexler:

Last year, coached a 9 win team.

This year, got to play golf everyday, all day.

    GOTTA LOVE IT!

    cuttino mobley.

he's gone from a bench player, ala tony delk, to a legitimate 20ppg starting shooting guard.

he's seeing the court MUCH better off his drives.
he's added a step back jumper.
    he's adding a post game.
he's the best off the pick and roll on the team.
    he's become a tenacious rebounder.

no one else, including our fan favorite mooch, has made those type of improvements in their game.

    ***********

oh yea, his defense has improved, too.

he now is more effective on high scorers than Shandddn Andddersn.

My vote goes to Cat. I don't think Moochie has improved much, at least that is what the numbers say, but he has to be the best backup PG in the league.

gotta go with steve and mooch. steve's turnin the ball over less, and finally realizes when its time for him to take over the game. defensively got a little better too. soon he'll the best PG in the game(although u can argue he might be that already)....without the mooch's help, i dont know if we win all those close games in the clutch...
