Wafer plays better as a SG....and we need his aggressiveness.....I for one would like to see a motivated TMac and Wafer in the lineup with Yao.

No doubt Healthy T-mac > Healthy Wafer.

I am just feel lucky that Wafer can do all the amazing things. That will give time for T-mac to get healthy.

he's a good player and he could have longevity in this league. but it's all about consistency in this league.

smush parker also averaged 14 pts and 4-5 dimes for a few years u know and we all know where he ended up?

but hopefully wafer will keep this up. he'll really make our bench much better down the road.

Why you guys cannot accept the fact that Wafer > Tmac...

To be honest, a healthy Tmac is stronger...Buttt, Wafer brought energe and 20+ points tonight > Kobe's score

Alright, I should say, I have been disappointed with tmac... Thats it...

Right now, everyone is better than McGrady... but if Mac comes back even close to healthy, all this discussion will be muted.

oh man there was absolutely so much to love about Wafer tonight offensively he had it going. the drives to the rim, the jumper great great stuff.

he still has a ways to go on defense but with the stretch of practices and home games coming i expect him to better understand playing better team defense.

the guy is out there playing at 100mph from the opening tip great stuff I love seeing him out there playing that hard

that being said McGrady is still light years ahead of this guy one week does not a career make. If McGrady manned up and rehabbed properly this team could be going places

but we all got to admit: wafer playing like this has made tracy looks like a scrub this year (though tracy has had a handful of truly dominant games). tracy really needs to rehab right and get his arse back on the court and play well.

Von Wafer is the Rockets version of Steve Slaton. Like Slaton, started off the season as a guy that might only see time due to injury. But once given time, both have shown they can play with the big boys in their perspective leagues.

    von wafer's likeability > Tmac

he really need to work on his passing when he penetrates, he's thrown too many bad passes off the dribble.

Wafer = playing like he wants to extend his career and make some $

    Tmac = doens't have to, he's made

    moral of the story?

    $$$$

if only players would get paid per game played.

/apologies for the format of my reply, all line skipping and stuff

If nothing else, a continued strong showing by Wafer would sure take some of the sting out of the Rudy Gay thing.

If a healthy McGrady played this game at Wafer's intensity level, Rockets would've won this game hands down.

Now tmac can not compare iwth wafer, tmac dont deserve 20m, and Wafer deserve 10m. Von's energy impressed all the teammates, his posture after every 3-piont shot(like OK)its wonderful, great and hopeful this guy.
