Honestly... I don't think the rockets have room for wafer or the salary he is trying to aquire from the Rockets... every1 forgets we still have mcgrady he may be able to come back by training camp... and if he isn't battier and ariza will hold down the fort untill he is able to come back with chase and taylor off the bench for less $... if we sign wafer he may be dissapointed when he isn't gettn any minutes due to mcgrady coming back...

Maybe wilcox is the signing morey was talking about when he said we will hear something in a week or 2 about a possible signing... if so I assume he will start with andersen off the bench...

Too bad about Wafer, but he may have been dead set on leaving us the second we "insulted" him by not offering him Ariza's money. He's got talent, I'd love to have the December/January Wafer for an entire season. But if we were bidding on the April/May version? No need to chase good money after him.

He'll be sensational next to Nash.

You can rest assured he isn't seeing half that number being offered by anyone....unless it is the total money spread out over 2 or 3 years.

We're desperate for size - he'll be a nice third center to use behind Mystery Starter X and David Anderson.

Yeah its funny so many people thought James White was going to replace Von easily.. Von Wafer would have destroyed the Summer League lol

F Wafer. Get his selfish @$$ out of here. He plays selfish, no D, and is a cancer in the locker room.
Hopefully that offer is still out there for Wilcox and signs it.

Good point. Free agents do try to play the field and see what is at stake for them. Any front court help is a welcome sight as this team really needs to get bigger. Sad to see Von leave but his position is easy to replace.
