simple put... Wafer is a high risk high reward guy; Battier is a low risk low reward guy...
Wafer could be a good weapon if used properly.

If Wafer was just a 3 pt chucker then I would agree.

But dude drives all the time. Maybe he could use some practice on his FTs and dishing after driving but he is a finisher, not a facilitator like his predecessor McGrady.

With his slashing ability and aggresiveness, he could really make some serious dollars if he could ever learn to add the drive and kick part that is lacking in his game. I love when he takes the ball to the basket in the flow of the game and attacks the basket with total abandon, but he needs to know that when he attracts multiple defenders someone is going to be wide open and he doesn't have to shoot the ball everytime its passed to him.

i swear you say that about everyone, though. VSpan and Langhi come to mind. Can't just give everyone guaranteed minutes regardless of their play.

I agree, but there were times when he held onto the ball too long or he drove into double or triple teams and didn't dish it out for an open three. I will admit I do love his aggressiveness and he never quits on a play.

You guys are wrong , it's coach who tell him to take those shots whenever you're open because you a shooter/slasher.

We should have kept Kirk Snyer if that's the case.

You seem to change your opinion on players game by game.
