I wouldnt mind him on this team, but he needs to learn to distrubute and select his shots more wisely, I loved when he would drive to the basket though, and his passion for the game was great to see last season

PASS. He would be unhappy competing for minutes with Chase Budinger. One drama queen is enough. We don't need two.

Wafer (and these other guys) have made their own bed and need to lie in it. Do these guys have agents that are really this ignorant and the players themselves that arrogant to not investigate the financial stability of these overseas ball clubs? If these guys are greedy enough to go after the fattest contract they sure aren't wise enough to ensure they'll be paid while playing in a far off land.

Guys, he would bring all sorts of bad habits back. The sides of the arena are not fair play in the NBA, for starters. Also, players have previously noted how difficult it is to adjust to a 24-second shot clock instead of the until-old-man-Faenus-finishes-milking-cow.

Von Wafer is the last player in the world the Rockets need right now. Hopefully that bridge is burnt for good. When you know from experience a guy is a knucklehead and you draft someone to replace him who is instantly better, the case is closed.

WTF are you talking about? He was cut for poor play. He's the worst player in the Greek League. The team has to pay his entire salary even though he was cut.

I'm sorry, but Wafer already had a chance here. He mouthed off to Adelman and got booted out of a playoff game by his own coach. A second round playoff game at that, which this organization hadn't gotten to in 10 years. Oh, and based on every game I've seen, Budinger is a better player overall, and seems to be very willing to improve.

If he leaves, I hope the Rockets sign him, we could seriously use his offense on this team.

Heh, so I assume you don't agree.....

I think he would be a very nice 4th wing, probably get him for around the league minimum....

And he is a very good option for when CBud is struggling like last night....

But, I doubt he comes back...

You're already dealing with one potential cancer in McGrady who will take time at the 2-3

and even with nights where he struggles, I think the consensus is that you need to get C-Bud minutes to expand his game.

moreover, right now, I would put C-Bud's production ahead of Wafer's given his ability to stay in front of his man and not throw temper tantrum's.

much like the rest of the league, I'll pass on Wafer

Your fascination with Wafer is getting a little creepy. Do you really want a guy whose professional career looks like this?

    Fails in college
    Fails with Lakers
    Fails with Clippers
    Fails with the Nuggets
    Fails with the Blazers
Limited success when given the green light to do anything he wants on a thin bench
Fails against Sasha Vujacic and calls out the coach
    Fails in Europe

if you have a Cray supercomputer at your disposal, do a search for "DaDakota" and "Spanoulis" or "V-Span" to see the answer to this question. Failure is a sign of untapped awesomeness.

For the record, I would rather have VSpan on this team than Wafer..

Yeah, that was not me Sam, unfortunatly a lot of people have no identity of their own and attempt to steal mine

Last night, I was online chatting with Matt Bullard, whom I went to elementary school with, when someone else took my name and started asking stupid questions.

Ah, the joys of the internet, and people with no life of their own....

We have room for him on our roster at the minimum.
Coach A should be satisfied that he has done his penance and take him back!
He would be helpful as a spot up shooter off the bench. Please! :p

He would instantly be the most efficient scoring wing on the team......
