    lol righhtttt...

here are a few things that I have learned over the last 5 years that I have been lifting weights on and off..currently 6 times a week...

Animal pak didn't work much for me...I tried a few different brands, if there was any change that I felt, that would have been with Optimum OptiMen...I just felt like I was lifting a bit more weight than usual

I love Scivation XTend, watermelon and green apple are great flavors. It's a pre workout powder that needs to be mixed with water, although you have to leave it for 5 minutes for the powder to dissolve..it great for recovery and IMO a great regular daily drink..

I have been taking fish oil pills for 5 years and can't really tell if it works or not...I have great blood levels, and am in pretty good shape...

I take some extra vitamin C, IMO probably the most useful vitamin..can't remember when the last time I had a cold...

when it comes to Whey, Optimum 100% Whey is hands down the best. While it doesn't taste the best, it gives you the most for the money. Although the price has increased by 20-30% over the last 2-3 years, its still worth the money. The next would be Myofusion...fair price, great mix and tastes good. Best tasting, hands down is Syntha 6, the downside is that it has much more carbs and less protein per serving than others...

I have never had Jack3d, but I did hear it works and it could also create heart problems. I stay away from it...

Creatine works, pretty much any...I personally dont take it, makes me bloated.

Green tea works..by how much dunno, but it pushes me to take a crap everytime I drink it..lol

everything else is pretty much chit...
