I would avoid Lupe Tortillas, unless you are into mediocre texmex and crying babies. Seriously, that place is always full of kids...even the location near Washington Ave. For TexMex I would recommend El Tiempo (on Washington or Richmond Ave....order the Deluxe Grill) and the Original Ninfa's on Navigation.. Both are absolute musts IMO.
