Morey's obviously in pursuit of something, and I suppose our guard rotation is lacking another serviceable player.

That's what happens when you over-stack your roster and everyone knows you're going to cut players. Only person who looked like they were worth a 2nd round pick was probably Cook but the market would be higher in February. Morey's got a bigger plan though with all these signings it seems.
