Because of the Young Supporters saying he can't play QB in the NFL but now he should be the first pick. My favorite is mad max saying he wants him as a WR.

Who? You must be thinking of the rise, fall & rise of Reggie McNeal. It's unquestioned that Young improved from year to year and almost from game to game has he progressed at Texas, and that he unquestionably reached his peak in the Rose Bowl, his final game. He made people such as yourself who sounded the "he can't pass" routine over and over look rather short-sighted. But anyway - of COURSE he changed peoples minds. Guys who show progress always do.
Anyone who knows anything about football and watched the games would not throw mcneal under the bus. He played good and the coaches tried to make him into an option/ spread QB when he is a good pocket passer/scrambler.

you do realize that players of his caliber in college are supposed to improve every year, right? just because reggie didn't doesn't mean no else can.
That was basically my point. He had a great year and is a great prospect. But , lets not call him a sure thing just yet or forget the fact that even his biggest supporters now (not to mention those that have seen him play the most) did not think he was NFL material.
