Like I freaking matter in the grand scheme.

I was giving him kudos and he wasn't sincere. If you sold furniture and responded like Mac, I would have done the same to you. This is not a personal attack on his generosity.

I wasn't gonna go there, but since you said it. I heard Mac sells a few more items than just furniture. ;)

LOL, man, Mack is really taking it on the chin in this thread.

Many many years ago, he tipped my band $100 for playing Secret Agent Man. I think he may have had a few cocktails.

Why, we talk about these athletes lives openly on the internet? Why should others not be held to the same standard.

If people can speculate for days about TMac having AIDS and dumb stuff like that why can't we post things about Mac?

Yea, i'm tired of people talking about Barry Bonds and his alledgely use of steroids. it's not like he's a public figure or steroids is illegal or anything.

Mac admits to having used (can't remember is he talks about selling cocaine) in his speeches. I have heard from numerous people (who have no reason to lie about it) that Mac is big into the coke game. In terms of his son, it was pretty well known that his son sold X (extascy for those who aren't familiar with the term).

Like I said, this is stuff I've heard but from solid sources.

How hard can it be to be rich selling furniture? You mark it up 200-500%+, donate furniture at RETAIL value to get tax write offs, aggressive advertising, lots of local charity etc. As far as drug dealing and what not, I don't think he needs to do any of that illegal stuff considering how big he is in Houston.

Hilton is another example, Im sure that guy is rolling in dough right now. All he did was have crazy tv ads at midnight.

I've heard from solid sources that he is into other games besides the coke game, and they are not good games to play if you are well known.

Mac is an ass. I worked at CompUSA for a short sint back in '94 and he would come in and demand to be served before any of the other customers. He got in my face and said, "Don't you know who I am?" I knew, but I said "No" just to light him up. He asked me if watch Rocket games. I said "Yes." He said, "Do you watch the commercials?" I said "No" Then I asked him if he was Ole Bare (he's another dork who used to sell waterbeds). He didn't like that much.
