there are so many things wrong with this idea, mainly

1- where would he play?
2- where would we get the money?
3- how could we possibly figure out a playing schedule?

The ONLY chance to get Carter is to make him hire Bonzie's old agent and make sure he don't get any big offer. Then sign him for 3mil for 3 years b/f the deadline.
