Same thing could be said about the R.Jefferson trade.
We just don't have those "assets" to help save some ******* $$$$.
Tmac's contract is amoung the worst.

Plus, orlando would need a legit power forward. The lakers killed them on the glass.

Who cares if howard scores as long as he plays D and rebounds they other 4 guys around him can avg 20. You also have pietrus and gortat coming of the bench.

I am tired of all these robberies! If we lose Brooks in any deal I will be upset now. Teams are just giving players away. Orlando has to resign Hedo though or they don't gain much IMO. Hedo actually made his teammates better which is pretty rare.

why would orlando fans be ecstatic????

THEY LOST LEE, ALSTON and likely HEDO..and only gained CARTER...

i hope Carter can still play

True I forgot about Hedo needs to re-sign. But you have to admit even with out DH limited Post moves, he is a monster on the defensive end.

Looking @ all these trades, I want the Rockets to do something to get better. I feel like we are getting left out.

Hedo was the most important guy on offense for that team this post season. Let's see if he and VC could mesh.

Why would you assume they let Hedo go?
Almost certainly they would re-sign him for the greatest chance of winning the championship ever since they lost Shaq.

exactly. he showed glimpses of promise in the playoffs, but you never know how well he'll be in the future.

Finally somebody I know who agrees that Hedo was the most important guy on offense.

I'm confused as to the disjointed responses on this board. Everyone is clamoring that the Magic stole Carter for nothing, but over half the board doesn't want to part with Carl Landry in a trade. Courtney Lee has more upside than Carl Landry. Hell, before the unlikeliest of playoff runs, Aaron Brooks probably had the same trade value as Courtney Lee.

    Ladies and Gentlemen,

The Victory Parade for the 2010 NBA Champions Orlando Magic will be held in downtown Orlando. Please make sure to arrive early because space and parking are limited.

    Thank you for your time.
