Wow that was impressive but his overall game sucks. He has no quickness and he can't shoot. I don't like that pick up for Dallas
the way i see it, he did drag his pivot foot but to the opposite direction that he was driving pass his defender eventually. it makes it even more impressive of how explosie that first step was. you really are a downer.
I thought he had lost some of his hops, but apparently not. He should get rid of that stupid beard, makes him look less aerodynamic .
Are you kidding? Vince Carter has been an elite shooter for some time now. Far, far, FAR better shooter than say Tracy McGrady. From 3, Vince shoots 375 for his career. That is exceptionally good for a guy that also gets to the line like Vince does. Vince is many things, but a bad shooter he is not.
I think Vince can still jump straight up with no running start and throw it down like nothing else. Hell I think he can do a fade away dunk from a stand still.
For carrer he may be a better shooter, the problem I have with Vince is that he looks to be out of shape. He can get up once in a while but his movement and speed is completly bad. And with his it is the same that with Tracy. If only he could give you at least 80% effort EVERY NIGHT he could help a contender. But just like his cousin he likes to take nights off. I guess they are cousins for a reason. McGrady is actually in a very good shape but his head is the problem. With Vince it looks to be more of a 'shape' thing but he doesn't like to give energy either.
That was vintage Vinsanity... To me he is the best dunker of all time. His dunk when he jumped over the 7 ft French center during the game was unbelievable. The dunk contest he had with Tmac, Franchise was one of the best I have seen. The dunk contests now really sucks and I strongly believe the NBA hyped up this and give it to their favorite.
Sadly can't say the same as his motivation to play like he really care out there. The man was just great to watch during the Raptors years.
