Interesting analysis! Sounds like the most boring fight in the history of supervillains! It's basically each one trying to do something but can't do anything until the end!
When your life support system depends on a bodysuit made (in part) of metal, you're pretty much screwed against Magneto. Bad matchup for Darth, easy W for Mags. Too bad, really, I think Vader's easily the greater villain.
magneto vader is made of metal and so is his lightsaber, the amount of time vader can choke mags, is enough time for mags to slice vader up into neat little blocks with his own lightsaber.
Magneto simply uses the preemptive strike method and takes out Vader's life support before he can do anything. Weakend and crippled, his Force powers are unable to get his heart going again. Stupid Anakin. Magneto
Magneto - he's my last standing favorite for the tourney. besides, what good is the force if magneto uses his powers to crush vader like a bug? Dont jedi's need to manipulate the objects with their hands? what good will vader's hands be if they are nothing but a bunch of crushed up metal?
Nope. And don't forget about Force shielding. Magneto's attacks are futile. Look, y'all are being stupid. Vader was second in command over an entire advanced galaxy. He killed almost all other Jedis in the process (except for those who hid). He even killed the Emperor when he wanted to. Magneto and his helpers can't even conquer primitive earth.
Wait, Vader had the biggest army in the galaxy backing him. I mean, the Empire is what the former Republic turns into, right? Magneto, on the other hand, is a leader of a minority group.
What is a Mag Neat'o' and why is it fighting a Vader? Are these new cars or people --- shouldn't this thread be in the D & D?
Vader in a walk. He simply removes all of the oxygen from the room, or increases the barametric pressure around Magneto's head, or does one of a hundred other things with his mastery of the force that Magneto cannot possibly counter. He can also survive for some time without his life support system by using the force to sustain himself (see the Empire Strikes Back, where he is in a room with his helmet of as an aide walks in, or the end of Jedi). There is not even a guarantee that the metal in Vader's suit is magnetic. Maybe he is made out of brass.
Mageneto uses his magnetic crap, and takes off vaders helmet, and sticks it up vaders pooney ass. Magneto is Crowned King Of Villains. And then the Phantom of the Opera comes flying in from the ceiling and starts singing some songs, and he sings so high that Magneto goes deaf and dies too.
Darth Vader. No hands needed. No earthly metals in him. Anything that magdorko tries to propell at him gets immediately returned with the entire force of a galaxy... how can an earthly thing like gravity and magnetism be used anyway when Darth sends magdorko into a blackhole? Never underestimate the dark side of the force... or the good one either. Remember, Anakin brings balance which means he has equal control from both sides of the force. The key factor all anti-star wars people are forgetting (or may not know) is that if Anakin were to die in the "match-up" he would still most likely become more powerful than you can possibly imagine. There's really no killin' Vader. He's eternal.
You have about 6 and half hours left to get your vote in if you want to participate in this. So, far in this titanic struggle, Magneto, surprisingly leads, Lord Vader by a vote of 14-13.
