Lol freeze the image on that rox fan face, that is a face of pure joy right there, but it's hilarious since he is surrounded by a sea of somber expressions. That could seriously be a meme.

I feel really happy for Dekker. This massive dunk has probably replaced that awful blunder at MSG in the basketball lexicon.

I just noticed Andrew Zimmern was at the game. Next to the guy with the green cap at the 34 second mark.

Does anyone have the radio feed of this play? I loved the local broadcast's reaction. Bull had the same reaction I did, I was giggling and grinning like a child -- while also screaming expletives. Also, poor Kanter, first his family disowns him, and then he gets humiliated by Dekker...

One of the best dunks on someone I've seen in a while.

Normally a lot of guys use that off hand to push off on the defender and to me that takes away from the dunk.

Dek straight mashed on him. Just straight up mash action.

Last year some dork was going on and on about how Dekker was a scrub and wasn't NBA material. I mean before Dekker even had a chance to play he was calling him a scrub. Some people. That poster is basically Enes Kanter in this video.

Not really. I only watched the dunk a thousand times, lol. Should have noticed a long time ago especially since I love watching crowd reactions.

Edit: Also, I actually meant the 34 second mark from NBA's youtube video which in not in the op. Thought it was... They had a closeup of the baseline.

Slam Dekker the rim wrencher send Fredie Mercury back to death to the lyrics of Bohemian Rhapsody

    Is this the real life?
    Is this just fantasy?
    Mama, just killed a man,
Put a dunk against his head,
Pulled my trigger, now he's dead.

With that dunk Sam Dekker has officially arrived. That wasn't just a dunk, it was a statement.

If Dekker becomes a star (and at this stage, it is possible) - that dunk will be played a lot down the road.

Much respect to Zimmern because he stayed until the end of the game. And that tweet is both funny and accurate.
