When you watch that play around 3:00 mark you can clearly see the difference between Hill & Thabeet...at first I was wondering why McHale didn't rip him a new one for walking towards his spot like he didn't want to, set that pick like he was ready to eat and then layed in that dunk (Lee or some1 punked him for it). My guess is McHale feels he has a problem with his confidence and therefore trying to just get him to do the things right before asking of him to master the plays / sets. Thabeet did not got a shot last year so this is his last chance imo. He's getting paid $5 million, that should be enough motivation. Not trying to start a comparison but the way he walks reminds me of Tracy and that is not a good sign. It's the sign of a player who does not want to put in the work and it's basically whatever to them. Twill still too much talking, he's way too confident
