I think so....sounds like Yao is saying he wouldn't back off too much to avoid giving Dwight room to step and go around him. Dream is saying, no, you back off and give space, so he can't drive past you quickly and has to shoot over you, which he can't do.

So for those who still think there is a chance that Yao could come back, this latest video pretty much squashes any possibility that he could get in shape and make a comeback. Basically, his foot isn't built to run anymore like an athlete would need to. I loved the conversation with Hakeem and Yao (if you can understand it) about fronting in the post. Hakeem just seems so confused about how Yao couldn't get the entry pass in the post by holding his man outside of the paint with his forearm..... basically Yao's response was.... I wasn't strong enough, or quick enough to keep another player from coming behind me after the lob was thrown behind the defender. Interesting conversations though (if you can understand it).
You can see the difference between Dream's thought process and Yao's. Dream was/is extremely confident in his ability to outplay others. He's got that strong confidence, basically a cockyness, all the greats have. Unfortunately, it seems like he doesn't follow the team, or maybe the NBA, closely. He didn't know about Yao's fronting weakness and that he played several years.
