    Diablo 2, I even mentioned that. :D

I still play it today, I started playing a month ago with friends and families. It's addicting when you first start, It's boring when you are destroying everybody. I am talking about online, playing single player is Boring.

I'm sure somebody here played the DJ Kool Herc of RPG's, Zork. Or maybe even the Melle Mel of RPG's, Wizardry.

Well, there is only one game that I really felt was taking over my life, and that I had to quit playing even though I was not enjoying it any less. That game was World of Warcraft. Thank god the expansion (Burning Crusade) came out, because it was the catalyst that let me get off of that game. I had finally gotten a character to level 60, and I was starting to do put together some of the equipment that requires you to go through dungeons over and over again. Having a bunch of people jump up to 70 and not being able to get groups because everyone else was moving on to the new content let me kick my habit. Because of that, I would say WoW is the best game I have ever played (and I didn't even like the MMO part of it, the same game available for single player would have been MORE to my liking).

    Some other games I liked:
    Morrowind and Oblivion
All of the Fallout games, even the XBox one and Tactics
    Planescape:Torment
Mechwarrior 2 and both MechCommander games
    The SNES Shadowrun game
The Battle For Middle Earth games
    Warcraft 2 and Starcraft
    The NBA 2K series
    Madden
Rainbow Six: Vegas 1 and 2
    The Wing Commander series
    TIE Fighter
Rebel Assault I and II (the Star Destroyer level in RAI is one of the best level of any game ever)
    The Monkey Island series
    Civ III
    Rome: Total War
Star Wars Empire at War and Galactic Battlegrounds II
    KOTOR
    Jedi Academy
    Halo
    The GTA series
The X-men legends/Ultimate Alliance series for some mindless button mashing fun
COD4 if for no other reason than the AC-130 level
Neverwinter Nights series, though the second one was buggy as hell

If you like MOO and RTSs, you'll definitely like Sins. I was kind of disappointed that the game wasn't at all story driven, but the mechanics of the game are near flawless. It kind of reminds of me of DD's Conquest game in how it plays except with 4x features.

Have you had a chance to try Empire Total War yet? I'm really enjoying that title at the moment.

Seriously, I first played Starcraft when it came out in 98. It's freakin' 2009 and I'm still playing this game on ICCup.net. Replayability? C'mon it has aliens fighting bugs fighting people! can't go wrong with that combo!!

Thousands play on that site. You just download their anti-hack/lat-free software and you log onto their server as you would say, an east or west server with the in game menu. It's pretty competitive tho, so don't expect to win a lot of games easily... Of course there are a bunch of newbies but once u get to a high level, you could be playing some korean pro smurfs because it's a good training ground.

Not that surprising IMO. I personally thought very highly of MGS2, although I also thought very highly of MGS3 as well. Certainly wasn't a disappointment. I didn't start playing the MGS games until after I played MGS3 though, so I missed out on a lot of the hype.

~1:40 into this game is what makes it ridiculous at some point. You have to have swing your weapon at that exact place to make the platform fall revealing the pathway to the temple. I suppose if you count the steps (there are stairs leading to areas below ground around it) you'll be able to find the door area where you need to go, but for the most part I think I just got there by luck while trying to kill one of the things upstairs.

If you're into Space based Strategy games, there this really good Real Time Strategy.

Homeworld, and Homeworld II. I've only played the second one. It is a really cool game with a nice difficulty level and gorgeous 3D graphics for its time.

No one would be dumb enough to make that bet against you.

I was looking at the number of games he's played...and how many of them he has achieved 1000 points. Un-effing-believable.
