Impressive bump, but she's still hot. Everyone has bad days, not to mention that she looks sick in that picture... And on her good days, she's hotter than pretty much anyone else. I'd take those odds...

The funny thing is, I've seen pictures of her snapped by the papparazzi at like 7 am when she was just taking her garbage to the street, and she still looked fantastic even without makeup. Methinks, as someone else already mentioned, that she was sick in that image above.
Call me crazy, but I think she still looks pretty hot in that picture. Her face seems to have more definition. She is certainly looking better than most of those celebrities who are photographed without makeup.
