I beleive so. How many black players from rich or even well to do families make it to the NBA? Grant Hill - but his father was a baller. I think the Battier's of the world are kind of rare in that he seems to come from a decent to well to do family. Rocket River
I'm sure any women with an intuitive feel for men will tell you the same thing. Or look at their fields of expertise vs areas they struggle in - the proof is in the pudding.

I think Asians have the least amount of testosterone, i know there are always exceptions but lets just forget it for the sake of the argument. Asians have the least amount of body/facial hair, better developed brains, and the weakest physical abilities of all races, they are the furthest away from our ancestors. Whites/Europeans still look like hairy monkeys, but are more developed than Blacks mentally, as shown by the poor capacity of Black people's brain and the prisions (Assuming the composition in USA is similar to Australia) .
