sweet to see inside. my friends and i went trick or treatin in his 'hood since we live like a 10 minute walk away. his wife and kids answered the door and we asked her if it was tracy's house and she was like nahh, sorry guys. good luck finding it. everyone was disappointed when stupid me pointed out that there was adidas merchandise EVERYWHERE not to mention tmacs family portrait so we went back and bugged her and through the intercom she finally admitted that it was indeed his house. lol
One of my really good friends lives 2 houses down from TMac's. The entire neighborhood is just ridiculous. TMac always has a lot of cars in front of his house, at least 7 or 8 at all times it seems. Really nice house, Shane Reynolds built it originally IIRC, but then sold it when he left the Stros.
That house is prob worth around 5 mill or so, and Reynolds probably made 20-30 million as an Astro...
An extemely big and modern house. When the kids grow up the McGrady's will need professional decorating advice. I appreciate the tour, love the theater, it's good to see how our team lives!

I guess TMac didn't want to wait around or invest too much into building a house for himself, just kinda odd with the money he makes him not building his own ultimate crib in Houston, kinda hints to me that maybe that house isn't going to be his permanent house after he retires...he'll probably move back to Florida.
Don't show that old video on TMAC's work-out. It will make me remember how I was fooled by Wang Meng last July 2006, thinking that this was TMAC's rehabilitation from his back spasm, which after all, this video belonged to 2005 summer or even earlier, and the crazy Wang Meng just mocked up a story based on this youtube video, and the stupid me spent 120 minutes in the translation of his article and posted it here on Clutchfan and YMM site, and made myself a big laughing stock within the Rockets/TMAC/Yao Ming fan circle. I don't think TMAC do such strenuous weightlifting nowadays. His back will break.

I think he still has his old manor back in Orlando. Now that one's even grander, and IIRC, he built that one himself, with his personal jetpad or something like that.
