    Thanks for the captivating video.

    It really was a riveting mix of Yao videos and it is the best string of highlights I have seen on Yao to date. I hope to see more of your work in the future!

    To be completely blunt, most of the effects were unnecessary, the audio overlapped badly at times, about half of the music was just "blah" and the first 10 minutes or so was actually kind of a train wreck.

    On the positive side, it got much better as it went on and the final song and sequence were great. I loved the Olympic footage as well.

    Now before I get flamed, I know it was this guy's first editing job, but if everyone just tells him that it's incredible he'll never achieve his true video editing potential!!! :D

    For a first try it was awesome, but always strive to improve!

    Hi R2k,

    First of all, I'm a little drunk right now, but thanks for uploading the video on Bittorrent. I only did this as a hobby and in no way I claim to have any video editing skills. I did this in my own time because I thought it'd be good to give back to the clutchfans community after what everyone else including the likes of yourself have contributed.

    I appreciate all the feedback I received especially the positive ones, and it makes me eager to learn a lot more about video editing. The one thing I would like to clear up is that I don't know how to remove watermarks and even if I did I would never do such a thing. I know that you have uploaded a lot of videos in recent times and it was probably disseminated around the internet with the large rockets fan base. I probably used those videos which other people have edited and removed watermarks from but I was honestly, never aware of it!! I didn't know better, but I did use a lot of videos which I have downloaded from other sites since I don't live in America. I am an Australian!!

    I appreciate your feedback and everyone elses' and I will keep them in mind next time if I do decide to make another video mix!

    And I have to say, this is honestly my first time video editing, I am an amateur but I tried my best.

    I appreciate your comments and I now realise that choosing to put the deliver me song in between those two prodigy songs didn't have a very good flow. I think I did over do the filters, cos I was excited to see how it all worked, but yea overexcitement haha. anyways , thanks for the comments. I think i won't be doing any video cuts for a while. I have a full time job :(

    for those of you doing the BT, it's going to be slow at times when fewer people have the same file that you seek...you are basically downloading different parts of the same file from diff locations. So if it's slow, it's b/c people aren't sharing, or they have gone to sleep or offline. Leave your BT client on, and it'll most likely be done when you get back. it really is the best way to share these vids.

    I hope you didnt get the wrong idea(i think you did)....I in no way want to discourage you from doing more as time permits...as I said towards the close of my post...I think you did a fine job for a beginner..alot better than some I have seen from first-time mixers.
    The main purpose of my and YoYo's posts where to let you know where we felt improvement could be made from a critical eye point of view(both he and I do ALOT of video work).

    We woudnt have bothered if we didnt feel you have potential. Really.
    ;)

    As for the watermark thing...I really wasnt accusing you of doing it...I have seen watermark removal done and discussed at other forums and wanted to make my opinion known on the subject and was reminded of it when I saw some of your source had been filtered...
    Watermark removal is a tricky thing to do effectively and I realize that it wasnt something you would have been accomplished at doing being new to video manipulation like you are.

    Keep in mind when you do stuff like this you will get feedback, both positive and negative...this is a good thing...as with any piece of art, sometimes you have to take a step back and see it through others eyes to get a true sense of what you have and what needs to be done to make it all it can be.
