This is why we only have a fractional chance of winning the title this year. Getting all three of the big three healthy for the playoffs will like be trying to catch lightning in a bottle.

yao's injury last year seemed minor and then suddenly he's out for the season. :(

sounds more like Artest and Yao are the ones that are "fine".. rather than Tracy..

The only one I'm confident as far as being fine is Artest.

I hope Yao gets a MRI.

We know T-mac is getting one.

The only reason for Yao not to get a MRI is fear of bad news.

I understand those one and done posters in the game thread saying Durant is better than McGrady, but not when some of the respected members call TMac out.

It's hard to shed them when the knee acts up. If it's anything like my knee, this guy just needs sleep. He can exercise after a full nights rest, but he can't plan on getting into game shape by playing through games. It's not gonna to conserve his body.

Man, just sit him out. It is so painful to watch McGrady just limping around the court like that and at the same time hurting the team. Sit him out until he's 100% ready to go. I don't want to hear more excuses.

Chuck Hayes, even when he gets hurt, he comes back next game as a beast.

It's the tendon, Yao said in the interview below that he felt his tendon was "pulled" while landing on the floor after a rebound. He said he felt okay after the game and will have it scanned on the next day.

man tracy is just injury-prone for the rest of his career. just gotta manage him to be healthy for the playoffs. forget him in the reg. season.

yao we really gotta be careful. that injury came after he got really gassed/fatigued. we gotta mange his minutes better.

yao was just a freak accident that happens pretty often in basketball in terms of rolling ankles.

yeah i'm pretty sure ron will be fine, he walked off the court, which is the best sign possible, yeah he may have been limping, but it seemed to be from the initial pain of the sprain, i'd say he needs a week off AT MOST, probably will get only 2 or 3 days off.

Yao seems ok, i didn't see him limping, just grimacing, but I guess the MRI will tell the whole story.

tmac, who knows, i dont know who makes the final medical decisions with this guy, but they always seem to be the wrong ones. He should have never been playing if it was this troublesome. Should have done what Battier is doing.

i think he can still play, but he'll just limp like the first 6 games. so technically he can still play 34-35 mins, just limping.

but then it hasn't helped him or the team. that's why he is considering shutting it down.
