Thanks. I have been waiting for it.
I am really amazed by White's ability to pass; however, he really need to learn how to defend without fouling. At one point I thought he was gonna foul out of the game.

I just watched the highlight video again. It will be unreal if we ever see Harden and Royce White and lLin and Parsons running fast breaks for the Rockets.

Good passer, good handle for his position.

He's a versatile player, there is no denying that. But he seems like a guy that needs the ball in his hands to be effective. With Harden and Lin, does this team need a Point Forward?

No impresses at all by his 3 TO's

Royce was a big TO machine in college and will be a TO machine in DL.

A player who an help anchor the 2nd unit, with Parsons it looks like, would be much appreciated. I don't think any of us expect him to be a starter in the near future, and anything beyond the near future is pointless to guess- because we don't know how a players game can evolve through the years.

I like the fluidity of his game.
    I don't think he's a stretch 4 though, which isn't necessarily a bad thing.

i'm so glad to see him finally on the court.

this is just his first game back and things will only get better from this point forward.

truth is he's far from NBA shape and he'll really need some time to get back to game shape, coordination and feel.

overall, i think he was worth being patient with simply because what he brings to the table is such a rarity.

The thing that bothers me is that even if he had a beef with the Rockets or the NBA, there is no reason to be that out of shape. I know games are different than training but I think it's pretty evident that he did little to no training while he was out. That indicates to me that he's really not serious about an NBA career. With so few DLeague games left, I don't expect him to do anything this year.

The flags are all still red IMO.

nah there is also a long history of headcases who made it...it remands me of a famous philosophizer who once noted:"no human being ever is no headcase..."

    I AM DELIGHTED WITH IT!

THIS! (except for a tonning down part)

My Goodness what was that?! I thought i am the only one who noticed it....

Looks more like another 3 to me...

nevermind a few TOs ....it was worth it...harden is also a turnover machine....so is Kobe....

That behind the back pass for a turnover was terrible. Otherwise, meh.

A couple of the fouls were really ticky-tack.

    Thanks for the video, OP.

White won't get called up until he starts grabbing those rebounds with two hands. That's part of the reason why Greg Smith was sent down.

We just need to develop White as best we can, as there might eventually be some roster turnover. Like TWill, there's a chance that he will not be in our long-term plans at all. Worrying about his role in the offense right now is jumping the gun, we don't even know if he's NBA caliber.

I also wouldn't worry about too many playmakers on one team. I certainly appreciate Parsons' playmaking abilities next to Harden and Lin. Boris Diaw is the model for White and plays next to Parker and Ginobili well enough.

Even when he's in good game shape his body's not going to look much different. He's a big guy (260+) that hasn't played a game in about 4 months. D-Mo looked winded a couple of weeks ago when he came down from riding the pine in Houston. I think people are being a little picky now because of all the controversy. Let's give him a chance. It's not like he was out molesting children or killing puppies or something.

    I kind of agree here.

He still has a ways to go, but I don't see the star potential here in him at all. I hope that I am wrong...but I do see a guy that could grow into a key player on a team or even a really good 6 man that can come in and help everyone get theirs and get his own as well.

For a big man he has really good handles though.
