That was a fantastic game. I lost hope around the 3 min mark but still watched. I was ecstatic and slept like a baby after that game
Game 3 1994 Western Conference Semifinals is in top 2 greatest comebacks. Vernon goin crazy in the Valley of the Sun.
I noticed that, even very early in the comeback, the attitude of these guys was that they were still in the game and would get a chance to win. This game would have ended with a 12pt loss if the starters were there. they would have done the math and packed it in, or just launched 3 pointers. These young(er) guys don't know better and sometimes that's a good thing.
Someone else pointed this out but it was Dragic who came from behind and poked the ball loose from Westbrook, not Lee as Worrell commented in the video. Dragic has that hard F.Y. edge that AB seemed to have lost after that ankle injury.
Everytime HOU plays OKC I hold my breath if the game is close. My friends and I always argue on whether or not KD is "clutch", which I always say he is not. Everytime KD hits a semi-clutch shot, my phone blows up with texts on how awesome KD is. It'd be 10X worse if it happened against HOU. One thing I notice about OKC fans is that most of them have been watching bball for no more than 2 years and only know "facts" about their team and forget about the rest of the league. I went to OU, and I feel that's how other people feel about Sooner fans, but that's another story.
