the one guy at the end of the video (maybe last 30 seconds, walks in late i think, not sure) is facing the counter and looks kind of disturbed that he's not getting any service.

 

Are you crazy? That guy looked as big as Gary Walker. Do you think I am going to jump in the front of one of those punches? What would that accomplish? Instead of one guy getting his ass kicked, two guys would have gotten their asses kicked? If they guy wasn't so HUGE and out of control, then yeah, I would have jumped in and probably others would have too. But when someone is that big, that violent and viscous, human nature kicks in a survival is the only thing on your mind.

Now, I would have checked on the guy after the bully left and called 911 for him. But unless I was in there with 6 or 7 of my hmoies, there is no way I would have jumped in on my own.

anyways, i agree. i showed this to some guys in the dorm. this one guy was like "damn, i'd kill that b**** for doin that"...i just told him he'd get knocked out - then he was like - "well, i would get the other guys to step in too" - i told him that guy could probably knock a couple of them out at least, especially on the adrenaline that was pumpin - then he was like "yeh, well, if i was there with a bunch of my friends i woulda for sure stepped in" - i told him to start a pizza parlour and always have 20 friends on hand - since this seems like the only way it would be realistic for a guy his size (5'10 - 180 pounds) to stand a chance.

 

I hate people like that. I can't f-ing stand them. The b**** woman starts a bunch of crap being all out of control and then the big boyfriend hovers in the background waiting for his reason to pounce on someone. I don't think 4 years is enough for that guy. I would have given him 10. Why? Because the guy is a stick of dynamite. He could have easily killed that guy. The way he cold-cocked him was as low as it gets. At his size, that was weak. For what? Cause his outta control woman had to fly off the handle. There was absolutely no reason for that fight other than the guy's woman going off provoking him. But, that guy has a problem. He's obviously one of those people who looks to prey on weaker people because he can. She understood that so I agree she should get more time. I think a civil suit should be coming as well but that guy doesn't have any money probably so what's the point? There's no place in society, except prison society, for people who cannot control themselves and go off like that unabated. They can't control themselves so they need to be in a controlled situation to control them.

 

Watched the video now and find the actions of the crowd (and the manager) shameful. I'm not saying you jump the perp, but I didn't see one person yell "Stop" or "Calm down" or make any attempt to get the perp to back off. The fact that they don't do anything once the perp leaves is even worse (it's the girl who walks in after the fight who helps him).

The manager who initially confronted the woman should have said "Get out now or I will call the police and have you and your guy arrested" instead of running behind the counter. He should have also gotten the victim behind the counter before the situation escalated.

This does not give me much faith in my fellow man.

 

Man, that lady deserved to get some time too. She instigated the fight. She spit on the employee. Also, notice how she tried to leave with the big dude before the cops show up. She was trying to get him to leave after he finished the guy.

That was just disgusting. I hate sons of b****s like that. People who are obnoxious and looking for a problem......

 

Question for the lawyers here:

If the owner had a gun behind the counter and warned that guy to stop beating his customer to death, could the owner shot him?

Someone should have done something. Anything.

So, that big dude was punching him on the floor when he was down and out as well? Oh man...that could almost be construed as attempted murder. A big guy like that...how does he know his punches to the head will not kill the guy? If I were that big dude, then I would have slapped my woman across the face if she ever pulled a stunt like that. I mean...I heard of backing up your girl but that was a ridiculous situation to be put in. Instead, I got pwned by my woman and have to do 4 years(and I'm lucky it wasn't more). Nice going. I still don't understand what she was going off about? Was it because she couldn't get a pizza now and there was a line she decided to cut in front of? This will follow her the rest of her life. Ugly.

anyway... yeah, the others should have jumped in, grabbed the nearest heavy or sharp item next to them (pizza cutter?), and do some damage to that dumbphock.

if these weren't a bunch heartless bastards, then the adrenaline would have started pumpin' and they wouldn't have cared. anyone that has ever been in a fight (doesn't matter how big they are), there reaches a point that you don't even think about how it happens.... it just does.

Man, that guy gives big black guys a bad name. One of my closest buddies is 6'6" 340...a good guy and gets into trouble because people take advantage of the perception that he is a violent guy because of his size.

 

I don't get that notion. If people judge blacks by the way these idiots acted then they have a serious problem too.

 

i understand the part about the witnesses not fighting him(dude is a monster) but after he leaves they don't make ANY kind of movement like they care. a man is pummeled, i'm assuming bloody on the floor, and everyone is standing there like nothing happened. that's one cold room.

 

I've been in situations like this before.

Large angry black woman gets mad, calls over even larger angrier black man to kick my ass.

And it's happened more than once.

I'm not going to say i'm judging anybody, but I have been nearly assaulted by black people way more than white people.

Some people just carry racial resentment around with them I guess.

 

That pig has 5 kids, and is out at 2:30am in the morning.

Man.....put that women in jail, take away her kids to give them a chance at being decent productive people in society.

Can you Neuter someone as part of their sentence?
