Let's go ahead and say it, Patrick is everything what we wanted Jordan Hill to be.

With the speed and height he got on the leap I bet he could've dunked that from the free throw line. He was still on the way up when he slammed it down. Had the rim not been there to stop him he may have landed in the upper deck seating!

Dude gets a lot of tough nasty blocks. Thyeyre not just easy swats in the air after the shooter has let go of the ball. He gets nasty in your face blocks when the guy is trying to dunk it. He just gets up there and forces the ball down. Those are the hardest to block.

Pretty good observations. Scola is expendable for a good center.

It helps the dude is built like a tank. Patterson is only 22 years and playing great for a rookie. Give him a few years of seasoning, and off-season work to polish his skills, and this guy could dominate at the PF position in a few years.

Yeah, really. Morey is building a team for the future. If trading Scola improves the team because he is able to get a starting center, then you do it. Layup drills on the defensive side of the court is still a fairly common occurrence when Patterson is not playing.

    He's better than Landry already.

Patterson has been ballin. Really liking that Hayes & Patterson combo on the floor. Our defense is much improved.

I'm officially over Scola. I have been for quite some time though we just never had a worthy replacement. He should be moved in the offseason to acquire a starting 5 to play along side PP. Future is now.

I think Scola-Patterson is a great combo at power forward.
