For once Bill Worrell uses the words 'cold-blooded' appropriately.

It looked like the Suns were selling out out to prevent a harden lay up. Every Suns defender is converging into the paint on Harden completely ignoring Pat & DMo in the corner and even CP25 looks like he is ging to have an open look at a 3 with his defender cheating off of him.

You can't complain about a road victory against a team like the Suns. The Rockets played pretty stupid in the 2nd and in the 3rd quarters with all the turnovers. I think the Suns had 29 points off of turnovers to go along with 11 made 3s. But when the Rockets weren't turning the ball over in the 1st and 4th quarters they were dominating.

Bev absolutely won the game in the last 5+ min. He was a monster on both ends of the court.

Even the Suns homer announcers gave massive props to Bev and crowned him the toughest pound-for-pound player in the league.

I'm just glad Bev's feet were behind the line.

Great shot and 4th Q by Beverley.

Dragic owned him most of the game, but Pat came through.

Nope rockets won it. Motiejunas and Harden made big free throws. Dragic missed the 3 Beverley made stfu.

Patrick Beverley is our new Mario Ellie! This reminded me of the Kiss of Death shot against the Suns in our championship years. It's scary how similar these two player are from their intensity and background.

It was an ugly win considering that the rockets had a 10+ lead at one point.

P.Bev and Dmo were ice cold!! Good game.

Things to take from this game:

*Rockets can come back from a 10+ pt deficit and win games. (confidence booster)
*Everyone in a rockets uniform can be dangerous at any point in the game.
*There were glimpse of some solid play making (offensively and on the rebounds) mostly by the starters. Rockets simply need to learn to be consistent and hold those leads.

    Overall, good win.

Also, did anyone see how disappointed Dragic was after that last shot? He's a great competitor and scorer. Wish him the best.

I was thinking the exact same thing when Bev hit that shot. They celebrated the dunk over dream and then we celebrated the kiss of death, thanks Phoenix for the memories.

Harden would have gotten his shot blocked if he didnt make the pass

Overrall, he turns the ball over too much. Also, fundamental mistakes like picking up his dribble at the top of the key (he does this atleast 3 times a game).

He's been the same player since we got him. I'm not sure what "normal" game your talking about:confused:

Don't overlook the great defense we played after PBev made the 3. Everyone rotates and Dwight stepped up to the free throw line to contest what could have been an easy shot on the free throw line.

LOL. Finding excuses even when you're giving credit to Beverley. Classic LOF.

As much as we complain about our announcers I prefer them to the national tv guys.

How is this thread not 5 stars!

That is a big compliment. You go to war with warriors like Bev. Parsons has similar qualities as well. They are absolutely the heart of team, though less talented than the two superstars and even Lin.

This play was similar to the "Kiss of Death" and in 2009 from this other obscure former Rocket
