The funny thing about all the Creed hate is that, statistically speaking, at least 28.5% of all the people who now claim to hate Creed at one time bought at least one of their albums. It's a statistical fact, generated from the statistical computers at the Bureau for the Study of Statistical Facts.
I'm indifferent about them, but I bought their last album because of that one single that was at the top of billboard charts for months. Then the rest of the album was so underwhelming I wanted my money back.

You're right. When they first came out, I really liked the song One. I got that album. Got tired of it quick. Then by the time the next one started getting play I grew to loathe them. Now if I happen to be somewhere thats playing them I cringe or walk outside. Its like someone is $#!tting in my ear.

im not indifferent about them i cant stand them. and at any point i would have paid a small amount of money just not to listen to them. i remember probably about 5 years ago some friends and i were out at the lake in austin all day and a boat in the area was playing a creed cd. and they played it all day, a few hours into they switched but it was just to another creed cd. good times.
To tell you the truth, I'm almost a little offended by all the posters who thought I liked Creed and that the title of this thread was literal. First of all, I've been a member of this board longer than a lot of Hangout regulars. Knowing how universally despised Creed is on these boards, did they really think that I would be foolish enough to admit I like Creed and to think that other posters would be interested in a "sweet new song" of theirs? I'm actually surprised at the stupidity of the posters that thought this was the case. You better believe that even if I did like Creed, I would take that information to the grave with me. This was also my reaction upon first seeing this video, which in my opinion is part of the humor of the video. Creed is so bad that you could initially mistake this as a real song of theirs.
Yeah that part is pretty funny. I do think the words are easier to understand than a lot of their real stuff.
