    Yes it is. The problem is that most people think that they are sweet animals(because of how they look). But they are verry agressive. So it happens quite a lot that people see a panda animal, and they want to touch it, or want to see it from verry close distance. And then the animals attacks the human. Because it is still a bear, and quite strong.
