T-Mac is still the face of Adidas with the most selling shoes in their Basketball division. Garnett would probably come in second, but with Garnett winning the championship and his vocal leadership coming into play, he stood out more obviously.
how did jordan farmer get so much exposure in this addidas commercial? i just wanna know where do i sign up to be in an addidas commercial since they're allowing everyone to be in one now a days...
T Mac is pretty much an extra in that vid. He used the be the signature athlete and now you have to look hard to find him. I wonder if something like that would make him think about where he was and where he is? It certainly doesnt look like it...
I guess they want to include at least one white dude in there...it doesn't help sales if ur watching a commercial full of black athletes and suddenly realize ur not one of them.
Tmac used to have his OWN commercials. Now with all the injuries and crap, Adidas took away his shoe and commercials. Now its just "Team Adidas shoe".
I'm really not trying to bash McGrady, but it is pretty funny how gingerly he was walking at the 1:43 mark (he's right in the middle of the screen). It's just a split second of footage but he looked 80 years old.
who's gonna pay for lunch? youuuuuuu!!! superman dwight lol tmac looks awful there, farmar looks better off as a ball boy
He's not one of the more prominent players in the video, but how could you watch 3 times and not see him?
long commercial, but hey i played in that gym before in westwood....damn i wished i showed up the day they were filming
I can't believe all you people flipping out about how T-Mac wasn't a presence in this commercial. It's a COMMERCIAL. Right now, KG is the flavor of the month for Adidas because he just won the championship, and Farmar plays for the team that not only went to the Finals, but is the biggest market in the NBA. Is there even anybody else that's more recognizable on the Lakers that wears Adidas? And tell me, when do you think this commercial was shot? 2 months ago? Where would that fall into the timeline of T-Mac's rest time after his TWO off-season surgeries? Come on people, use some common sense here. It's one commercial that clearly was supposed to just show that the players themselves are ready for the NBA to start. Nothing more, nothing less.
