How soon you forget that Francis and Mobley are boneheads. Do you want to win or do you want the soap opera of the love story between the two? Mobley and Francis are losers and they will continue to be.
No, I don't care about it. I like watching real team basketball (ball movement, unselfish and intelligent play, high character players)
JVG would have lost all three strands of hair he has left if Francis and Mobley were on the team. I mean they couldn't even run the plays that JVG wanted, because they wanted to do everything on their own. I bet Francis doesn't know that there are four other players on his team. The Magic wanted to trade him, because he doesn't throw the ball in the post to Dwight Howard like the coach asked him to. The only pass he knows is the lob. He's the most onedimensional point guard in the league. He has no vision of team basketball or making his teammates better. He can't make the simple play. How many times has he attempted to simply use his quickness to go by a defender without putting the ball between the legs three times? Let's face it, he would likely be more famous as a playground legend than a NBA player. The minute that JVG started praising the 04-05 players is the minute that you knew he was happy to get rid of Francis and Mobley. I mean it's not often that you'll see Van Grumpy fall in love with his players.
Although Mobley and Francis are boneheaded a lot of times and clearly not a great fit for Rockets' future. I do appreciate their intensity and their heart, only thing I question is their bball IQ.
Well, I think you're wrong about most of what you think about Francis, but I'm not about to argue. Bottom line for me is this, some fans enjoy watching the Rockets play no matter who is playing for them, this mix is the best of the 2003-2004 team, that despite it's hair pulling tendencies, still won 45 games and went to the playoffs and gave the Lakers all they could handle. Not everything about that team was bad even in comparison to last year's team, I want someone to post another link too!

I agree with the general concensus. I really did love and support the team shown in the video. As much as it was up and down, man, I loved watching them play. Just as up and down as the playoff series against dallas. I am very happy with the team we have now, and I think T-Mac with Yao is really going to go places for Houston. The offseason is so painfully long for me...
