Tracy is a two face infront of reporters. Obviously he knows nothing about the team nor do he care.

    He's done as a Rocket.

he's been saying that FOR MONTHS. he promised dan patrick to pencil him in for opening day. i'm not that optimistic but who knows, this surgery is on the non-weight bearing part of the knee. it's been reported he's ready to resume basketball activities in a few weeks, which leave around 2 months for training camp. i'm sure he'll be back by the end of november at most.

february is the "safest" bet b/c i think morey and the team (if tracy stays) does not want to put a definitive timeline for tracy to come back like they had last yr and it really messed up the team's consistency in terms of lineups. by thinking he's out for a while, the team can just move on. he'll play when he's ready.

yep. don't rush. a healthy tmac is a very valuable tmac.

I don't know if the salaries work, but a sign n' trade for Bibby + Josh smith?

but i do we have to start rebuilding. tracy needs to be traded for some young pieces. and yao has to be traded for young pieces.

yao is basically done as an everyday player with that surgery that is suggested. no need to keep him around and pay him $10-12 mil.
