Didn't get to see the game live or on TV til the very end, but that was neat.

Loved how the team jumped on him and slapped him around at the end. That's a lot of good chemistry and makes the team a joy to watch.

"The ice-cream man! Give me a scoop!"

"The garbage man! He just hangs around that basket doesn't he?"

    Ahh never gets old.

Does Luis cherry pick? How's he always down there lol

What's amazing is that usually in the NBA, if someone makes 20 FGs in a game, they'll score even higher than Louis did.

For a post player to make 20 shots but to not go to the line more is somewhat amazing (even though a lot of his shots were jumpers).

    Thanks for the highlights Clutch.

Its amazing how much this guy accomplishes with his basketball IQ, just imagine if some athletic freak had his below the rim abilities. He's so friggin unathletic that its fun to watch what he does, don't know where the Rockets would be without this guy, I hope he comes back next year.

    OLA SCOLA!!!!!

That was an incredible performance and Scola is quickly becoming one of my faves. The amount of putbacks he gets and his work rate under the basket makes him seem much taller than 6'9.

Slightly off topic though, but I can't recall ever seeing this guy dunk. No doubt he can, maybe he prefers to lay it up because it's a quicker release. I notice a lot of his layups seem to JUST evade the shotblocker's outstretched arms.

that's been a running joke around here for awhile. Battier is the teams unofficial speech writer. he actually coined the luis catch phrase "it was a big game for us."

Cool to see everyone so excited for Scola. Ariza in particular was loving it. Even Adelman didn't look completely miserable.....just a normal level of miserable.

    Thanks for the vid Clutch.

Scola was money with his shot but it looked like half his points came from just outworking the opposing team, getting down the court faster and beating them to the rebounds.

I don't think I've ever seen a player put up a 40+ point game from sheer hustle like this. Amazing.

Off tangent but I really liked seeing Ariza celebrating and joking with Scola after the game. Normally he looks so gloomy he gives Jeff van Gundy (the coach, not the TV commentator) a serious run for his money.

lol nice. Landry's numbers have gone up too: 17.4 ppg 6.9 rpg 37.8rpg

Landry is younger so obviously his transition isn't as smooth but this trade was good for everyone, including Landry and Scola as I was saying since the trade was announced.
