[Video] Kyle Lowry - 17 points vs Knicks (10.19.12)

A 17 point outing vs the Knicks in preseason...calm down ppl. But yes Lin does suck.

 

Honestly I enjoyed our team last year, winning as much as they did but the fact of the matter was we had alot of GOOD players which resulted in a good team but we didn't have GREAT players to complete a great team. Sure Lowry is a good point guard but there's no point in keeping him and Lee (who I was really hoping the Rockets would keep) if we don't have a franchise player. Lee is a good player that plays both ways but he's not an all star. We needed to have time for Lamb/Martin to play at the SG position, it's not like we were a shoe-in for the playoffs so whats the point in having a mediocre team?

What did we need to keep Battier for? Sure if he stayed we would've made the play offs, then what? Lose in the first round? Get a bad draft pick? Right cause we want to keep getting 7/8th seed every year. Cause that definitely means we'll win a championship right? Better we finally take leaps of faith rather than play it safe forever.

 

When Lowry was here, you wanted Dragic to start. When Dragic took over, everyone was watching Linsanity and wanted Lin back. Now that Lin's here, you regret letting go of Lowry.

Can we just roll with who we have? Please?

These are all similar solid point guards (Lin,Lowry,& Dragic) and we can only have one. It's good that all 3 are starting on different teams now since all of em deserve to be starters. I truly believe all of em will do well this season.

I was personally very happy with both Lowry and Dragic but right now given that we blew up our team Lin at 24 makes the most sense. I say he'll match both Lowry and Dragic this season.

 

He slimmed down. What if he landed on Novak's foot on that last second heave?

Anyway, what's the point? He's not here anymore. Moving on.

 

We were 4th in the west last year when Lowry was healthy.

 

Lowry did a good job on Felton! Woodson needs more vet (38+) players to complete the game.

 

Exactly, that's how I see it... It's more competitive and fun to talk about over this season comparing box scores of each individual player.. Why can't these butt hurt fans see the bigger picture?? Do you really want Lin/Lowry/Dragic on the same ******* team you nerds???? I'd rather see them in their own teams battling each other to see who the best Point Guard in the league is, and that's how it should be..

Better than Lin my ass.
The Knicks screwed themselves over big time.
Even if Felton was theoretically slightly better, chemistry is very important. At the least it'll take the Knicks a solid year or two to actually get a peak performance out of Felton.

Oh yeah and all these people saying OMG I miss Lowry?
You were the same people putting down Lowry in favor of your new mancrush Dragic. Almost nobody here supported Lowry when he got hurt.

Lowry looks like he slimmed down over the summer

 

Lowry, Gogi, Lee, and Scola are all going to look very, very good this season. You can expect plenty of belching and farting on this board when they throw up a good game and we get creamed by the Cavs, Bucks, or some other mediocre team.

 

Looks the same. He was always capable of hitting deep threes here and there and having hot games every so often.

Would have been nice to keep him at that price, but we need a superstar first. Lowry's gonna get paid in 2 years.

 

Damn he was nailing 3's!! he's really came along way, i remember when he could barely shoot a mid range jumper. Lowry really looked great, wish he was still running the rockets point.
