I ended up going to the game last night on a last minute flyer for a solo cheap seat. Great Game!!!! I thought the first 3 quarters dragged out since it was so back and forth and Monta hit that half court shot. But Smith to Dwight really electrified the crowd! I was standing the majority of the 4th quarter! It was awesome! Go Rockets!

 

I have league pass. No it doesn't. You have to watch the tnt replay. At least on roku you do. Just verified it.

 

This was easily one of the most dominating stretches of basketball this year's team has had. Video game like...in fact reminded me of this...

I kinda feel bad for Tyson, trying to guard him and Dirk's guy on every play.

Not to mention having Dirk yell at you after every play after he gets beats off the dribble.

Damn, as someone who went 2 1/2 years without being able to watch local broadcasts of Rockets games, I feel horrible for those of you who still aren't able to.

Back when the Rockets were routinely making it out of the first round ( ), I always preferred watching the local broadcasts until they would hand it off to the national guys.

Love what josh smith did last night. But i'm concerned his head is going to get big and we're going to get more bad josh smith. He needs to stop trying to bring the ball up court (usually ends up in a turnover after a crossover into traffic or a jump pass ala lin) and focus on playing off harden on the PnR. That play is deadly. When the defender commits he makes the lob to howard or he kicks it out to the 3 pt shooter. Josh smith is so talented but he doesn't know how to focus on his strengths and cut out the weaknesses.

 

That is one of the most amazing highlight reels I've ever seen. The context is key; he was at a low point in the first half then suddenly...insane passing, crushing defense, crushing offense, and ESP court awareness. From one guy. In one half.

Can somebody please give Josh his own super saiyan gif, because, my God, this demands it.

 

he brings the ball up in certain lineups because they want/need him to. if you haven't noticed hes probably one of the better playmakers on this team especially when harden is not in the game. when that happens he's houston's best playmaker period.

 

Yeah, all season I've had the choice, provided it wasn't broadcast nationally. The online app is the same issue for this game. Steve Smith it is.
