You know... I have my criticisms about Sengun. It's normal. Mainly due to spending 2 firsts for him. But the last thing I would ever think is him being a malcontent. He gets frustrated at times, but most due. When's the last time he was straight up disrespectful to anyone? You folks trying to burn him down are jaded for whatever reason. He's got many question marks, but the obvious positives are there and he's still so young. He's got his limitations which I'm not sure he can overcome, but his current skill set, at his age is easily and I do mean EASILY, worth a #16 pick in any draft.

If Silas gets a 4th year he’s playing with House Money, there’s no chance he would step down. He will likely never get another chance at head coach given his performance here.

I think Tilman was too cheap to hire a new coach while he was still paying Silas. however next year Silas' contract is non guaranteed. if they want to move on they can afford it. and there are way better coaches on the market.

if you think about it, after the trade deadline was the first time our entire roster was players brought in by stone. this is 100% his construction now. the only excuse stone has left is Silas. bringing him back next year only points blame at stone. replacing Silas buys stone a few more years. see how the top picks develop under a new coaching tenure for 3 years.
