You should gather your boys and meet up the LOFs in Temecula and settle it. Both of your groups are ruining the board.
If I can turn all the lin fans into light up tiles on the sidewalk, I would walk all over them like Michael Jackson in the Billie Jean video.
I grew very frustrated with Lin over his time here. But I like him now and think backup on a team like Charlotte is a great fit for him. I'm rooting for him and thought his defense was as good as it could be last night given his size and athleticism. Harden has made many people look like fools. This was not really thread worthy imo. For one it creates these dumb arguments again. For two, I'd rather James not think it is highlight worthy. It was dribbling and dancing with the ball for far too long and hitting a shot. Nothing special. And in fact a play we'd be possed about if he missed the shot as it was typically Rockets iso and stand around boring offense. Offensively James and Dwight both need to learn the advantage of speed. They need to make FAST first moves. Instead they've both been lulled into what they think is a comfort zone of sizing their defender up. It is a comfort zone for them but not as effective as speed. With James ball handling if he was making faster and more definitive first moves right when he catches the ball, the rest of the moves would play off of that great. James also should spend 70% of all practice time just shooting shots. A 5% jump in his 3 point percentage would make him the deadliest offensive player in the league... Or at least close. Defensively it'd be great if he tried as hard consistently as Lin did last night.
Clutch makes great threads, those who don't like them don't like that it's from a pure Clutch City Hakeem Olajuwon Rudy T Vernon Maxwell fan's perspective
The pictures clearly show: 1. It's not offensive foul. 2. It's not ankle breaking nor a flop (which I initially thought). Lin simply stepped on Harden's foot and fell down. When Harden fakes a drive and step back, there's really not much the defender can do other than hope he misses (which he does from time to time). It's much better than letting Harden blow past you. Like I said, Lin did a solid job defending Harden in the 4th quarter, forcing him to dribble out the clock at least two times. I don't understand why people need to jeer at Lin. If you want to "argue" with LOFs, go back to the Lin thread in the Dish.
Just another day at the office for James friggin harden. James Harden has been breaking Jeremy Lin fans' hearts ever since he joined the Rockets.
hardens foot stepped behind lins and a nice little bump by harden. Lin falls and tries to sell it by falling further backwards. Oscar awards for both players..
