If he can get a couple wins and good showings in the next couple of games, he should be the Player of the Week and runaway Player of the Month.

In December, he is averaging 30 points, 7 assists, 6 rebounds, 2 steals and a block. Just crazy numbers! Rockets are 8-3 so far with 3 games to go.

    Prime Bron numbers.

If his name was Lebron, he would be getting out of this world praise.

Harden is underrated. The things that he is doing right now are almost unheard of.

NBA.com just released their MVP rankings and still the same spot, #4 behind Curry, Davis and Gasol!

I understand Gasol, Curry and Davis are balling but none of them have carried their teams the way Harden has!

The Curry love is out of hand.

    AD won't make the playoffs.

Gasol just got showed up last night, and has the same numbers as Dwight.

    This guy is a hater.

Amazingly...NBA.com somehow manages to be even more out of touch with their own sport than freaking ESPN. That's a true feat.

No person who pays attention to the NBA can look at what Harden is doing and not have him AT LEAST #2 in the MVP race. He's been unstoppable.

[rquoter]Harden's game won't change with the addition of Josh Smith to an already loaded mix in Houston, but it never hurts to have another player capable of correcting defensive mistakes by backing up a perimeter defender like Harden. The last time we saw Harden before Christmas he was shredding the Portland Trail Blazers for 44 points, leaving no doubt about his ability to perform against the highest level of competition. As the Rockets continue to build around him, Harden will have more and more opportunities to exploit the mismatches that come his way on a nightly basis..[/rquoter]

Looks like the narrative regarding Harden's defense still hasn't changed after about 2 months of actually competing on that end.

The clear cut MVP for show. Harden is in another world this season. I hope it all translate into our 3rd Championship.

    Number two is even offensive.

He is overall, better than Curry.

I'm not even gonna look at that NBA.com article if it's by Sekou Smith. He's a blatant Harden hater for no reason.
