you can barely tell wtf he is saying. Hes saying like 500 words in a minute. Usually he speaks fast but not that fast, which led me to think that he didnt take his medication or something.

    thanks for the link.

good interview nice to see that the guys are saying the right things and trying to right the wrongs they have made here at the end of the season. looks like tmac is starting to get 'ready'

still bugs me that had they won that portland game they would have clinched tonight now they have to try it against phoenix and then utah. hopefully they will clinch monday and then rest till the first game.

Rafer may have a slight stuttering prob, but I think as others have mentioned..he talks really fast and while smiling and you know.......he has a camera, lights and a mic in his face...so that can make someone a bit nervous. Particularly when these clips end up on nbatv, nba.com clips etc.

    Holy run-on sentence batman.

I suggest going to this page:

    http://www.click2houston.com/contact/index.html

And send a comment to "click2houston" and let them know what problems you are having. Many here have requested some way to turn the volume up on the player. I'm not sure what that department can do about it, but if enough people are having problems maybe it'll get fixed. Good luck.

no one can whine about Rafer's game last night (season high 13 assists) so they try to pull something out of thin air about a speech impediment that doesnt exist? his interview was fine, he said he had just got done working out, he explained how home court is important and made a reference to when he was in Miami, and said all they need is one win and that Phoenix wont be resting their starters...

try getting out of the 10th grade before you criticize others...

im one of the few that dont knock on his game. I love Rafer, and his quirky personality. I was just saying that he was talking unusually fast today and i found it funny and i was trying to see what speech impediment people thought he had. As you can see im not pulling this out of my ass:
Im not talking about what he said, how he played, just the way he said it. And so does being in the 10th grade somehow not allow me to criticize?(which i wasnt, i was just trying to find the name of the speech impediment that he was presumed to have) Pathetic

What are you talking about? Rafer always talks that fast. Nothing different there. Most people can't understand what the heck Luther is saying, but he gave a much better interview this time, and he actually laughed :D !

Just manage to watch the vid and have a couple thoughts.

    1. As a foreigner and non-English speaker, I am fine with Rafer's dialog. He speaks relatively fast but I am still able to follow most of it. For all the players' interviews I have watched, Bonzi probably speaks fastest amongst others.

    2. I hope Yao realize that it wasn't due to West's or Jackson's exceptional performance that they have knocked down so many shots in the game. If he covered them properly, they would not have such many opportunities to take wide open shots. His response worries me that our defence system sounds like counting on the missed wide open mid-range jumpers by our opponent's big men, instead of FORCING our opponents to miss shots. He had to work out a SOLUTION with the coach team on this "league-known" weakness in our defence when he played on the court.

Okur will have an even longer range, Boozer will bang into the paint from those paths left open when Yao moves out to defend the PnR. The Utahs can make all those shots hitted by Hornets. It is not even funny.
