same here.. maybe MGS4 depending on if i want to buy ps3 by the time the game comes out.

 

Any actual release date/time frame for the SNK remake? The Gamespot story you linked to was written in September of 2006.... Haven't heard about it at all lately.

supposedly that's coming out in March...that would make my top 5 list

Awwww... my bad, for some reason I thought the release date was '08 for consoles, when in fact it's out in '08 in arcades, early '09 on consoles. Boo! Either my memory's failing me, or it got moved back since I heard the release date.

Agree on Street Fighter being the s**t, but King of Fighters is awesome too man, I'm sorry. Or you can just play Capcom vs. SNK 2 and have the best of both worlds, which is what I do most of the time...

"Street Fighter sucks?" Dude... I'd take just about anything over DOA. Tekken, Soul Calibur, Street Fighter, Guilty Gear, and King of Fighters are all infinitely better... much harder to be successful by just tapping buttons in those games. And not so inaccessible as Virtua Fighter, where there simply aren't enough people playing it.

I just play games to have casual fun...I have voice chatted with tinman before on Xbox Live and he sounded so uptight and defensive about his little street fighter. he was about to have a hernia when I questioned him on just some minor things

Competition = Fun, where fighting games are concerned. That's the whole point. Where's the fun if someone who just picked up the game can just tap buttons and have a good chance at winning against someone who's been playing for months or years? What's the point of button-tapping? Tekken is accessible enough that new players can have fun with it, but deep enough to where a veteran player will beat a new player four times out of five.

I can't believe Vegas actually lost to the Rainbows. Damn, I had money on that game.

 

Is that SF2 HD exclusive to the PS3 or will we see it in the arcade?

 

x360 and ps3 only.

 

StarCraft 2. I don't think it's comming out in 2008 as Blizzard already said that but it's going to shatter all sales records including WOW.

 

Definitly Fallout 3 and GTA 4 are at the top of my list.
