    Ah, thanks for that. I guess new jobs are enough to warrant a new purchase for me. Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't Sony officially release FFT through the PS3 for the PSP? If so, that would seem to cannibalize a new UMD release of the game.

    And I agree, in general, a few great RPGs never see the light of day state-side unfortunately. :(

    There are only a few PS1 games available on the PSN (not sure, but they are probably all Sony-developed games too). It is their aim to get all PS1 games available eventually, but there's no guarantee that FFT will be available anytime soon (if at all), especially since they'll need to get permission from Square-Enix.

    I don't know how much extra content Square-Enix is adding, but I wouldn't doubt it if they were releasing FFT to maximize the profits they could get from the game ($30-$40 for roughly the same game, instead of $5-$6).

    new castle wolfenstein

    and possibly Star Wars knights of the old republic III????

    a cheaper ps3/better games

    This month I can wait to get Lost Planet: Extreme Condition

    I think RE5 is 2008...although I guess that would apply to a number of games being listed in this thread. I guess we can still look forward to them though, especially since we should get some new info, screens, and videos on them.
