Are you guys sure it comes out on April 24th? Both Best Buy and Gamestop have it listed as May 18 for the release date for PS3 and XBox.
I hope it lives up to the hype. Last western game I bought I was quite disappointed in....Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood. edit: The multi player vids look awesome...but so did the GTA ones. Would be cool if they added something like, if you're in free roam and say, you go around killing innocent civilians, or robbing banks....that you get a wanted level and other players can either hunt you down as the law or for a bounty.
One diappointing thing I just found out today is that there is no collector's edition. There is a limited edition in the UK, but for some reason not in the US. What's up with that?
It does have those from one official video I saw - I'm assuming here that by "players" you meant other npcs. You'll also have a wardrobe system that's related to your reputation, I just dunno if you change wardrobe to look un/lawful or it reflects your current rep. One thing I'm definitely loving so far are the high, high skies.

Check out the wikia page. Does anyone know anything about downloadable content? I know that Best Buy has one pre-order bonus, gamestop has another, and Amazon has their own as well. Will you be able to buy the other bonuses as downloadable content? If that's the case I think I'll pre-order from Amazon because they offer a $10 card when you pre-order.
1 week away. The reviews are very positive, all of the trailers have me very excited about playing this game. I'm just bummed that I won't have as much time to devote to the game at first as I would like. Probably only about an hour each day until that Sunday when I'll get some real time.
I pick mine up tomorrow. I know sometimes some folks manage to have it a day early. Anyone get their's early? How is it?

Are you on xbox? I usually suck at multiplayer, and I will probably suck at this one. But I might be into trying it at some point.
Gizmondo gives the game a 2/10 rating -- says it has way too many glitches and the story is horrible. They say the graphics - particularly the facial expressions look like something off a PS1.
