lol this is like any regular game forum. you go in to a subforum about live or 2k and all you see is arguing about the other's game and which is better
Your crazy, maybe something is wrong with your system, but imo, NBA 2k10 is the best one by far cause its basically 2 games in 1.
Update: Q&A with director. http://www.gamespot.com/ps3/sports/...nvert&om_clk=newsfeatures&tag=topslot;title;1
This. 2K10 has so many exploits... the stealing in the game for picking off passes is just stupid... you can take a charge on an imbounds pass (which is illegal in the NBA)... there's more.. but the fact is 2k10 has so many flaws. 2K's always going to have glitches... at least it seems so every year... but the best one has to be 2k9, bar none.
yeah I agree, with the correct sliders 2k10 is the best basketball game out there, the association mode is great... The big thing with 2K is there constant lack of effort to release games bug free and its just rediculous when they released a patch that caused new problems. but they will lead the market whilst nba live continues to be so robotic and just totally suck. oh, and yeah, if you want to mainly play online 2k comes short on that aspect of game playing.
overall 2k10 is definitely better than live 2010. With that said 2k does such in a few areas. The rip off of player DNA with Living Rosters was crap. It never updated any stats and the rosters were slow to update. It was all hype and marketing on that part. Also 2k has the worst menu system ever. It's just too confusing to navigate and I agree the online sucks. Crappy and laggy servers. They should take 2k's gameplay with live's features and then you got your perfect bball game
yup wait till you talk about the 360 and PS3. Which is better? The fanboys really come out and start flaming each other. I have both and let me just put it out there that I think PS3 is slight better or a better value
Might get flamed for this, but: I wish EA and 2k sports would just combine manpower and whatever game engines / ideas they have, and make "NBA '11" or something like that. Madden holds a monopoly on NFL games, and they are usually rated decently. Don't see why we need to have two different companies make NBA games.
Competition = Quality Because they are separate companies, each are striving to produce the 'better' game. If they were one, we would be expecting NBA Live 11...
