I've got a couple of questions regarding the game.

I just defeated Joker - but i'm not sure if that's classified as the end of the game?

    Where is Poison Ivy?
My first play through was pretty much going straight to the objectives and doing no searching on the streets below. A few times i heard people mention Poison Ivy but didn't encounter any side quests or anything involving her.

Is Two Face in it for the initial 5 seconds at the start of the game involving Catwoman - and that's it?

The only side quests i completed was the Zsasz and Mad Hatter ones.

I didn't bother finding Mr Freeze's wife before i went to Joker - so i decided to do that now... In doing so i found another clue to the Deadshot side quest... So i assume even though i've got the cure off Joker - that game isn't finished?

After you beat the Joker, thats the end of the main story im pretty sure. Pretty sure everything else is just side stuff.

Poison Ivy shows up during the Catwoman missions.

Two Face shows back up in one of the later Catwoman missions, and I think thats about it for him

Yeah, as mentioned, Poison Ivy only appears in the Catwoman DLC. Catwoman has 1 final mission after the credits that involves Two Face.

The main game is finished. There are still other things to do. All the Deadshot missions. Finding out who the Mysterious Watcher is (Look at the top of the Ferris Wheel). All the Riddler stuff including the Riddle Rooms.

Ok so after the demon trials, how do you get out of the subway. I can get to the subway terminal (where I see some enemies via detective vision through the walls) but cannot get out of the terminal?

I hope you've gotten out by now, but you had to go down in the Subway during the Penguin missions. IIRC, you exit through the same area, so just leave the way you did before.

Cannon- I am just lost on this part, I gave up after looking for awhile and switched over to online Madden for a break....

Any more help would be appreciated, I am sure the exit is right in front of me. Like I said before, I am at the subway terminal and if I use detective mode I can see multiple bad guys through the walls. Just don't know where I am supposed to exit up to the streets.

So are you in the terminal itself? The terminal is where you destroyed Penguin's signal jammer.

Coming from where there was the Predator battle in the area with the big cylindrical elevator in the middle. From where you got to that area on the way towards the Demon trials (hallway above the gargoyle), go back and through the double doors. Use the line launcher to go straight ahead and then use it again mid slide to go down the hall directly to the left. Make a right, go down the hallway and through the door. Line launch across the water. Look left down the hall and you should see a metal door with one of those things you can shoot electricity at to open at the very end. At this point, you should be able to see people through the wall. Go all the way down the hall and there's a metal door on the right that will take you into the terminal. Use detective mode if you need to. I think I missed the door once myself.

After a predator battle. Open your map and head all the way to the West. Facing west, there's an open door to your left leading to a small room with a metal door you have to shoot with electricity to open. Slide underneath it. You're in the tunnels now. You may have to fight a couple of guys here IIRC. Climb on top of the train cars. Go right through a hole in the wall. Continue walking on train cars, over and under some pipes. Make a left through another hole in the wall. Go straight ahead off the last car. Take the grate of the wall. Pop out in the subway station. Battle a bunch of guys. Use your cryptographic sequencer to unlock the gates and then you can make your way out of the subway from there.

Thanks Cannon... You know, I saw that door before, but I thought it was locked or not even an access point. Thanks again.
