I think the funniest thing was that she claimed she already spoke to her lawyer and that her lawyer was on it. as if she keeps a lawyer. And that she would call her lawyer and her lawyer would be all over a case where her bacon wasn't crispy and someone wasn't nice to her.

The guy could have easily call the police on that c-unt for disruptive behavior and disturbing the peace.
That dude deserves a raise for dealing with her. He held his composure pretty well actually. I know quite a few individuals that would not have been able to handle themselves as well as he did. I feel sorry for anyone that has to deal with her in their life.
I feel sorry for the dude taking her order having to take that abuse and he was cool to her. She just had to throw in that little racist remark too.
In addition to making her life horrible, I hope people can find the dude and give him some kudos for his attitude and service.
I especially like the parts where she says "I've been coming to this Dunkin' Donuts for a long time and..." But then when the guy in the shorts walks in, she notices he goes straight to the back and says "is he the owner...? ... is there a bathroom back there...?" Watching this video reminds me of why I would rather be skewered up the anus by a samurai sword than work in retail again.
