Who's being the idiot? It's right there on the video at the very beginning. Hibbert stopped short of the block and lowered his shoulder/elbow and pushed the opposite direction to deliver a blow to Chuck so Chuck gave him an elbow back in his ribs. Hibbert tried to get physical to send a message early and Chuck let him know he wasn't going to punked like that. This happens on competitive basketball courts every day - you gotta stand your ground or you lose the psychological game. There is no tough guy mentality about it - Chuck wasn't looking to fight, but he wasn't going to back away from one either. Good for Chuck...my favorite part though was the crazy look he shot Hibbert right afterwards. He had those crazy eyes.
