    I was pretty unimpressed with Yao's play too. He post-up game was fine, but every other part of his game was "blah". But I wouldn't be too worried that this is "the game he's bring to the NBA this season". We've seen him play light-years better than this in the majority of his Rockets career. No reason to think that he just suddenly lost it.

    And it seems like Yao is a rhythm player more than anything else. Hence the fact that he tends to start off slow and get into a groove later in the season. I'm sure it's just rust and the fact that he's not in game shape that's keeping him back.

    From what I saw, the kid is fast. His 2nd jump is explosive too, considering he is already 7'1. His lat move is way better than Yao. Yeah, he is similar to Swift. Yi's got some physical tools that sure will land him a spot in NBA. The kid can knock down 15 foot jumper as well. His timing is still awkward at times, but he is still relative new to basketball. When did Dream pick up basketball. Yi is going to be good player in NBA with right coaching.
