this guy is freakin' good. i couldn't watch the game tonight, but jesus. his game is tailored made for adelman's offense. i wouldn't mind him starting in front of ariza after watching those highlights haha.

he's gonna be more than a very good player for us.

Yes chase had a good night and we should be thankful that he did or we would've probably lost to the spurs but, everything was a jump shot aside from 1 layup and even then he barely elevated, if timmy was in there that would not have gone in. He elevated more for those jumpers. Ariza will definitely be more useful than budinger on the court.

haha, bbut the sad part is that was a very very small part of t-macs game as well, he can mix things up and take it to the hoop or create off those picks, eventually defenses will figure out chase and he won't be dropping 15's no more, especially during the season. We'll start to see more 5's. Mark my words, come the season we will see the big gapping whole in offense without T-mac out there, I don't wanna be a team that tries to survive strictly on screens and jumpers, T-mac may hold the ball too long sometimes but for every time he does he usually finds an open cutter at the basket for a mmmmmuuccch easier shot than a chase Budinger jumper.

IMO, his D could use some work. I think that was one of the "knocks" on him coming out.

He looks like a bigger version of Steve Kerr out there.

I wanted Chase last year but he wasn't ready! He really worked on his game last year. Resally what this team needed. Defeinetely was slept on. I'm amazed we got this guy. Last year he was lottery.

The phsyical tools and athleticism and can shoot. If he can play even decent D which was my only concern about the guy. Not Adam Morrison concerned, but just wanted to see what kind of effort he put forth. Because he has all the physical tools to be a great defender. Steal of the Draft, the guys gonna ball! Will contribute immediately.

Chase Budinger Can Jump over Kerr. Really no comparison reminds me of a young Brent Barry.

He's very very good at coming off screens. If he can learn to cut to the basket, he could play a Peja-type role.

He looked great, possibly one of our top scorers during the season. We are gonna need all of the shooters we can get.

My favorite is that pump fake/hesitation move while Roger Mason went sailing by him (at 0:32 in the video).

Very exciting, promising stuff. I hope he continues to impress.
