I seriously didn't want to watch the video but did. I love the trade but it stings. How can you as a fan not appreciate all things Carl Landry? He will be missed in a big way, Carl was a warrior in the truest sense and more than earned the name Mandry. I will be at the game and show him the love and respect he deserves standing clapping as they call his name. Thank you for what you gave the fans and orginization in your time here, continued health and success

 

Dude, I understand tribute mix but your choice in song... is just flat out gay

 

The homophobia coming out of the first large city to elect an openly gay mayor is astounding. I wish that Clutch or someone high up would severely reprimand it or ban it. Seriously.

Landry was a great rocket and he will be missed as a player but let's not go overboard here. That tribute made it seem like he had died. When the music faded I was almost expecting the words R.I.P. with a date range..

good clips of landry but very very very bad choice of music here.

 

I cannot stop lollin at this. Now I really am crying.

 

I'm so sad that we lost Carl. He was getting really good, had strong post moves, excellent free throw shooter, good jumpshot. That certaily was a reasonable trade, and I am convinced that we aquired a really good player with Martin, but we had to pay a high price.

I laughed my ass off as the first sequences played out with that song lol. Dirk driving to the hole being as soft as he is with that music is just so fitting and funny.

And then I saw that pic, and just kept on laughing.

But then I went back and finished the video. Now I'm all sad and depressed. Only mandry could send me from one end of the emotional spectrum to the other.

Freakin A for effort mate. Don't change the music, it's awesome, heh. Everything in hindsight but don't change it!

 

Nice video man. And if the music offends y'all so much just turn off your freakin sound and appreciate the blood, sweat, and determination that this team is putting on the floor for you on a regular basis. The video does do a good job of highlighting the finer attributes of this team, which is the fact that we're fortunate as a fan base to have such a dedicated group of players representing our city.

It sucks to see Carl leave cause he was such a big part of that in his short time here, but as others have mentioned, it doesn't seem like we would have been able to afford him in the long run. So be happy for him that he gets a chance to shine somewhere else now. I hope the next time Sac goes to Houston he gets a massive standing ovation at intros. The dude's a warrior, and deserves what's best for him even if we can't provide that.
